Location The Manatee Convention & Civic Center is located on the scenic Manatee River in Palmetto, FL. The center is conveniently located only 15 miles from the Sarasota/Bradenton International Airport (SRQ), and can easily be reached at the intersection of US 301/41 and Haben Blvd. Parking No charge for parking for private events. Commercial events, such as concerts and sporting events will have a $5 standard parking charge. Meeting Space Located in the heart of Palmetto, the Convention Center has 15,000 sq. ft. of carpeted meeting rooms in various sizes. There is a Self-Service Business Center conveniently located to all the meeting rooms. In the conference center, there's a choice of seven large meeting rooms and a spacious pre-function area. The meeting rooms are versatile enough to handle groups from five to 500.
